ROLE OF KAZAKHSTAN IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY IN THE CENTRAL ASIAN REGION

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish the degree of digitalization of the transport and logistics industry, to determine its state in the Central Asian region. Based on the purpose of the work, the authors set the task to analyze the degree of implementation and use of modern technologies in transport logistics. In addition, the article deals with the problem of competitiveness of the transport and logistics industry of Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries. In particular, through the use of statistical data and indices of international organizations, the issue of the effectiveness of logistics services in the market of the region is addressed. As a result of the study, the relationship between technological readiness, innovation development and logistics efficiency in Kazakhstan is assessed. The authors have identified the main problems and development prospects that can contribute to an increase in the volume of movement of goods and income growth.
