Abstract
This year we celebrate the symbolic 30th anniversary of the formation and implementation of the independent foreign policy of our country.
On July 2, 1992, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed the Decrees approving the regulations "On the Ministry of Foreign Affairs", "On the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "On the main duties and rights of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
