Abstract
This article presents conclusions about the development of science, researchers about the development of the problem, the concept of the development of science based on foreign experience. At the same time, science management services are described, the issue of innovative development, the relationship between science and business is discussed. In modern Kazakhstan, where there are too many sources of information from all sides, it is necessary to adopt some regulatory documents, concepts and laws in order to develop and manage science in the country. They have a special place in the development of domestic science. The directions of the development of science in the Messages of the Head of State, approaches and ways to solve them, as well as the right way to develop the directions of science in our country on the basis of world experience are considered.
