THE IMPACT OF MIGRATION PROCESSES ON CHANGES IN THE LANGUAGE SITUATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development trajectory of the state language policy caused by migration processes. The development dynamics of the language policy reflected in the influence of migration in the first years of independence in Kazakhstan, the state of inter-ethnic relations in the republic due to the changes in the language field are considered. Socio-economic and socio-cultural factors contributing to changes in the language policy of Kazakhstan are defined. Taking into account the peculiarities of the ethnic composition of the population of Kazakhstan, the position of the Kazakh and Russian languages ​​in the public environment is reflected in the development of the language situation in the country.
