Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of international experience of management models in the sphere of social protection of the population of foreign states. The article describes the existing basic models of providing social assistance to the population. On the example of other countries, the questions of the peculiarities of the models of social protection of this or that country are raised, as well as the problems of the development of human rights.
