DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARTY SYSTEM OF KAZAKHSTAN IN THE CONTEXT OF POLITICAL REFORMS (second half of 2000s)

Abstract

The article will objectively study the process and evolution of the formation and development of parties, as well as the party-political system as a whole. The significance of constitutional reforms in strengthening the legislative framework for elections and the activities of political parties in their political decision-making, as well as the strategy and tactics of political parties in parliamentary and presidential elections, the effectiveness of the electoral system and political institutions will be considered. In this context, the activities of commissions to democratize society in general, the party system in particular, will be analyzed. This process will be studied in close connection with the development of political parties and the formation of civil society in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
