E-DEMOCRACY AT THE LOCAL LEVEL: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND THE SITUATION IN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The work tells about e-democracy, its understanding and principles, world experience and steps in this direction in Kazakhstan, about the results and prospects of development, which today have become one of the main problems for the state and society in terms of importance and necessity. The article uses such research methods as comparative analysis and analysis of secondary statistical data. Objective and subjective reasons for difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of this new type of relationship between government and people in the field will be identified and analyzed, as well as recommendations will be proposed.
