PUBLIC OPINION RESEARCH ON THE ANNUAL ADDRESS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN (REGIONAL ASPECT)

Abstract

This article explores the perception and attitude of residents of the Pavlodar region to the annual Address of the Head of State. The messages of the President of Kazakhstan traditionally define the main directions of state policy and set strategic priorities for the coming period. The article analyzes the data of a sociological survey commissioned by the Department of Public Development and Information of the Pavlodar region in order to identify the level of awareness, the degree of trust and the reaction of citizens to the announced initiatives.

The results of the study demonstrate the significant impact of the Message on the formation of public opinion and the mobilization of citizens to participate in the implementation of government programs. Mechanisms for improving communication between the state and society are discussed, including the need to expand access to information and strengthen confidence in government initiatives. The authors of the study put forward the main recommendations for improving the effectiveness of Messages and their perception at the regional level, with an emphasis on interaction with various social groups to ensure wider involvement of citizens in the processes of public administration and development of the region.
