Abstract
The article tells about the political and historical ramifications of the settlement of the Akmola region by Russian Cossacks and peasants of the end are of particular interest in this study. The influence of these groups on the local Kazakhs is also a key consideration.. It examined the relationship of various peoples who migrated to the Akmola land from Inner Russia with the local Kazakh population in various directions. In addition, the figures of the number of counties in the territory of the Akmola region are given with clear tables, covered in detail in the article on winter fodder harvesting, differences in the number of rabbits per year, occurring every twelve years. The struggle of peasants and local Kazakh peasants for pasture lands displaced from Inner Russia, various laws of the tsarist government are being somewhat revised. Conflicts of the due to various social and environmental inequalities that took place on the territory of the Akmola region.
