LEGAL BASIS OFCROSS-BORDER TRADE AND ECONOMIC RELATIONS BETWEEN KAZAKHSTAN AND CHINA

Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal basis of trade and economic relations over the 30-year period of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China, defines the role of trade and economic policy in bilateral cooperation. Special attention was paid to cross-border trade cooperation in trade and economic relations. As a result of the analysis of legislative documents on trade and economic relations, the authors concluded that these documents had a positive impact on the development of bilateral trade policy and the forecast for the future. When writing the article, general scientific (systemic) and special legislative (formal-logical, structural-legislative) research methods were used. The method of historical and legal research is a priority in the study. This method made it possible to identify the regularity of the historical development of norms in the trade and economic sphere between Kazakhstan and China.
