Abstract
The article presents an overview of the political and legal environmental obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The generalization of international treaties and other documents in the field of environmental protection was carried out and the influence of international obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan on national environmental legislation was investigated. In this paper, an attempt is made to reveal the main measures to solve environmental problems.
