Abstract
The article deals with the main issues of identifying the security and development priorities of the countries of Central Asia in the context of geopolitical tensions and global shifts in the world. It was noted that in order to implement the security and development priorities of the countries of the Central Asian region, it is important to strengthen ties in the face of increased competition among the countries of the region for attracting financial, investment, human and other resources. The necessity of forming a new formation of a regional scale in the context of coordinating the efforts of the countries of the Central Asian region in ensuring their integration and cooperation is substantiated. The key directions of the regional development program are proposed on the basis of mechanisms for the development and implementation of interstate projects for the modernization of national ecosystems, taking into account integrated infrastructure, telecommunications, digital and other systems and platforms.
