Abstract
Despite the fact that the daily problems that generate intergenerational relations, this is not given significant attention in the scientific community or in public administration. Generational management as a special phenomenon can serve as a basis for reviewing some of the problems of the modern system of public service, understanding reality, and making new decisions. As part of the research project, a survey was conducted with the participation of experts, the results of which were supported by additional methods of qualitative analysis.
The article considers and formulates the issues of "turnover" in the civil service, conflicts in the team, and the value system of civil servants.
