Abstract
This article discusses the issue of the image of the state apparatus. The state apparatus is a system of political power created to protect the legitimate rights of citizens. Therefore, the state apparatus should be a system that functions not only as a legislative body, but also with the population. The image of the state apparatus is characterized by the functioning of each legal body.
